Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Elite Marketing website and participation in the Elite Marketing sales representative program.
By submitting an application, accessing our website, or participating in our sales program, you agree to the following terms.
Application and Participation
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Elite Marketing sales representative program.
Elite Marketing reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove applicants or representatives at its sole discretion.
Participation in the program is voluntary and does not create an employment relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
Representatives accepted into the program are expected to:
Communicate professionally with leads and prospects
Follow the sales processes and materials provided by Elite Marketing
Maintain professional conduct while representing Elite Marketing
Accurately represent the services offered by Elite Marketing
Failure to meet these expectations may result in review, lead reassignment, or removal from the program.
Commission Structure
Sales representatives may earn commissions based on services sold through Elite Marketing.
Current commission structure:
15% recurring commission on services sold
Commissions are paid while the representative remains an active participant in the program
Commissions continue while the client account remains active
Elite Marketing reserves the right to modify commission structures or compensation policies at its discretion.
Performance Expectations
Sales representatives may be expected to meet performance standards, including but not limited to:
Maintaining a minimum close rate of 40% on assigned leads
Generating at least $1,000 in sales per month during the first 60 days
Generating at least $2,000 in sales per month after the initial 60-day period
Failure to meet performance expectations may result in review, lead reassignment, or removal from the program.
Work Hours
Representatives may be required to conduct outreach and sales activities between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST when working assigned leads.
Lead and Client Ownership
All leads, accounts, and client relationships provided by or generated through Elite Marketing remain the exclusive property of Elite Marketing.
Representatives may not:
Contact leads outside approved systems
Attempt to redirect or solicit Elite Marketing clients independently
Continue servicing Elite Marketing clients after leaving the program
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program.
Program Changes
Elite Marketing reserves the right to modify policies, performance expectations, compensation structures, or program requirements at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Marketing is not responsible for:
lost income
business losses
indirect or consequential damages
arising from participation in the sales representative program.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application or participating in the Elite Marketing sales program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
